So what's the catch?

Thanks for your interest in free Google Apps support.  You're probably asking yourself "What's the catch?" so let's answer that question straight away by saying that there is none.

What's on offer is free support in setting up new installations of Google Apps for Business, in particular the mail component.  Once you're up and running then we will offer you continuing support for the first year with no obligation to buy any further annual support.  In subsequent years you can choose to purchase support from us, switch to another reseller or carry on without reseller support.

Currently, the support is free because we at espMail are seeking to build our Google Apps reseller business.  Simple as that.

Google Apps resellers do not charge extra for the Google services.  Instead, they generate revenue by charging setup and support fees.  Of course, there is no obligation to buy from a reseller; not all organisations implementing Google Apps need support.  However, businesses needing support will find that a Google Apps support telephone number is not exactly easy to find. Hence reasonably priced reseller support is, at a minimum, very useful insurance.

You'll also discover, if you haven't already, that implementing Google Apps is as much an organisational change project as it is a technical project.  Having someone available to help speed this project along will be very handy. 

So, the offer of free support is a mutually beneficial one to both you and us.  You gain help with setup and a year's free support and we build market share.  No catch.
