Why Us?
We have been providing email services since 1998. We're a small company that helps other small companies with excellent, personal customer service.
Although the decision to branch out into reselling Google Apps is a recent one, we have a wealth of experience with Internet mail, spam filtering and email virus protection on Linux platforms. On the Windows side we have years of experience with mail server systems such as Microsoft Exchange server and FTGate. Naturally, we have the same level of experience with desktop applications like Outlook.
Google bought a company called Postini in 2009 and has integrated Postini's spam and virus scanning service into Google Apps mail. Postini's archiving solution is available as an add-on to Google Apps. We have solid experience in configuring Postini in addition to Google Apps itself.
Other relevant technologies we are highly experienced in supporting include Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows DNS, Linux DNS, web site hosting, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Google Apps on BlackBerry phones.
Let's be clear though. We are not an established Google Apps reseller. Also, our skills are in the core Google Apps services such as email rather than the many other applications available from the Google Apps marketplace. You will have to decide whether we have sufficient experience for your needs.
